We have completed installation of a French drain at our Layham site which will help prevent problems with damp.

We are back in Layham for the start of 2025, carrying our renovations and restorations to this beautiful property. Feeling very pleased that the weather has warmed up a bit!

We have been working hard at our Debenham site in order to get all finished by Christmas! Here are the 'before' shots....

We have started work at our Colne Engaine site and first job was to supply and install these purpose-made doors.

We have started another new job this week. This time in the village of Colne Engaine. We will be carrying out a complete renovation to this property.

Great progress in Debenham this week. Emil can be seen here prepping the living room floor for sanding, now that the structural alterations have been carried out. The cellar is also being prepared for relaying the floor bricks after insulation has been laid and sump pumpo installed.

Double garage and workshop being put in at our Newton new build site. Roof trusses to go in next week.

We are working on a new job in Debenham, Suffolk. This week we have installed a new heating system and sump pump into the cellar. We have also made structural repairs to the cellar, and to the sitting room above it. We have altered the height of the original chimney breast beam, and are getting ready for plastering.
