We built a pub in the garden of a property in Nayland.
A conversion can combine many of the elements of a new build and a renovation along with some additional challenges. K. E. Jones & Son have successfully converted many stables, barns and coach houses to the highest standards while fully incorporating the need for period integrity and modern, functional spaces.
We carried out this loft conversion on a 500-year-old farmhouse in Layham. This project was very time-consuming, but the end result was fantastic. You can read more about it on our blog:

We carried out this complete restoration of a grade II listed farmhouse. The images show our step by step progress.
The work included replacing sole plates, lime plastering, lime rendering, limecrete floor as well as external lime rendering. The end result looks fantastic.
