At this grade ll listed building, we installed a French drain to prevent damp, re-rendered external parts of the cottage that had become damaged, fitted timber windows and doors, applied new lead to tops of windows, and installed new garage doors. Internal beams were also given woodworm treatment. We also worked on the exterior of the property, installing paths and back patio and re-pointing the driveway
