We did a complete kitchen and utility room renovation at this property in Layham. We had to install and strengthen new ceiling joists which was challenging as they had to be configured around water pipes and cables. We also lime plastered the ceilings and the majority of the walls. The stunning green kitchen from Churchill Bros was installed and we also laid electric under floor heating and tiling.
